We all know by now that we are near any PokeStop, we can just click its icon on the "Pokemon GO" map and it will show a photo of the PokeStop. You can now spin the photo and it will generate random "Pokemon GO" items.
Have you ever tried spinning different PokeStops of different real world landmarks consecutively? Apparently spinning 10 PokeStops consecutively in "Pokemon GO" will result to a minimum of 6 free items being dropped by the 10th PokeStop and double the XP bonus.
Now remember that for your "Pokemon GO" trainer to earn all these, it should 10 consecutive unique or new PokeStops. So you cannot just go back and forth from the same PokeStops and wait for them to refresh.

PokeEggs are believed to be a guaranteed drop on you 10th consecutive PokeStop. Apparently this is not true, PokeEgg drop rates in "Pokemon GO" are completely random and as of the moment there no concrete evidence yet of any trend for "Pokemon GO" egg's drop rate.
Another rumored in-game trend for PokeStops in "Pokemon GO" is Time equals to more "Pokemon GO" Stop XP. If you spin a 20th unique PokeStop consecutively within 30 minutes, you'd be able to receive thrice the amount of XP granted to your "Pokemon GO" trainer.
