There are endless theories about what will happen to Jon Snow in "Game of Thrones" Season 7. However, almost all of these predictions seem to share one thing: the new King in the North is undoubtedly the Prince Who Was Promised, or Azor Ahai. But how will Jon find the savior's powerful flaming sword in time to save Westeros from the White Walkers? Or does he already have it in his possession?
If Jon Snow Is Azor Ahai, How Will He Find Lightbringer In 'Game Of Thrones' Season 7?
First things first: the Prince Who Was Promised was prophesized as a savior who will arrive after a long summer and will wield a flaming sword that will slaughter the White Walkers. Unfortunately, it is unknown where the original Azor Ahai hid the sword named Lightbringer. Finding the Red Sword of Heroes could be a problem for Jon Snow, unless he already has the weapon with him.
'Game Of Thrones' Season 7 Theory: Davos Seaworth To Be Revealed As Lightbringer?
What if Lightbringer is not actually a physical sword but an actual person who will help Azor Ahai save the Seven Kingdoms in "Game of Thrones" Season 7? A theory from "A Song of Ice and Fire" suggests that Davos Seaworth could be the Red Sword of Heroes, since he has already served two possible candidates as Azor Ahai (via Reddit).
The theory points at Lightbringer being forged three times and Davos Seaworth being assumed dead at least twice in the books. It is possible that he will go through another difficult period in "Game of Thrones" Season 7. Davos has also been referred to as "the light" and Melisandre has even suggested making more shadow babies through his "life-fire".
So is it possible that Davos Seaworth is actually the prophesized Lightbringer? Will he help Jon Snow defeat the White Walkers in "Game of Thrones" Season 7? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
