"Deadpool 2" is an inevitable tease to many fans of the cinematic and the graphic novel renditions. Now, there is one particular rumor that surrounded the web which was quite denied heavily.
Some spoilers may be witnessed below for "Deadpool." Marvel's upcoming "Deadpool 2" was at some point given away by Wade Wilson's actor himself, Ryan Reynolds during the movie's end credits.
According to Cinema Blend, though it may be apparent that "Deadpool 2" will cast some new people, one of the most heard of names immediately denied the allegations pointed towards her. Mackenzie Davis, one of the generation's uprising stars, clarified what seemed to be a huge misconception.
During an interview with GQ, the "Halt and Catch Fire" actress revealed that she was not at all part of the "Deadpool 2" cast, despite the rampant rumors that she will play a vital character in the movie, Domino. For those unaware, Domino is a mutant mercenary that has a chronic romantic affiliation with Wade Wilson.
Specifically, Davis cleared out that despite sounding ultimately interesting, the rumors on her being cast as Domino in "Deadpool 2" are far from true. She iterated, however, that she has some confirmed roles for other films such as the sequel to "Blade Runner" and is currently working on "Black Mirror," a series with another season coming up.
"Deadpool 2" will be comprised of the returning "Merc with a Mouth," with Tim Miller as the director. As for the massive Cable role tease, no certainty on the potential casting was revealed yet by Marvel or the writers at this point.
