One of these details include Santa Monica Studios' need for more staff to work on "God of War." This was an official announcement, in which the developer specified the positions that require filling.
According to PlayStation Lifestyle, Santa Monica Studios first and foremost posted the need of a Lighting Artist to give more detail to the worlds of "God of War." Working with the Art Director and Game Director cohesively is one of the most emphasized attributes that was mentioned by the developer, which also included the individual's initiative to contribute class, realistic character lighting.
The position of a Senior Animator is also in need of occupying. The said position requires a firm grasp of key frames, a broad expertise in animation methods and unquestionable skills in motion capture as well as its prerequisites to apply to "God of War."
The Senior Animator, similar to the Lighting Artist, is also required to be able to work alongside the Animation Director and Game Director to fabricate characters that meet the visual standards. Working enthusiastically with the development team of "God of War" is also a must.
