"Homeland" Season 6 is now surrounded with a lot of assumptions as photos of Rupert Friend filming in New York City emerged online. As Peter Quinn is now known alive, many are looking forward to learn how he did manage to survive.
Peter Quinn's Different Look
Peter Quinn will be seen sporting a different look in "Homeland" Season 6. To recall, the CIA paramilitary officer is thought to be dead after the major stroke he suffered in the end of "Homeland" Season 5. However, he was seen wearing baggy clothes and longer hair while filming for the TV series.
"Quinn this coming season will really represent a very profound and familiar casualty of the war on terror for our audience," showrunner Alex Gansa said, as per Hollywood Life. He also hinted that what Peter Quinn had been through last season will be far more different in "Homeland" Season 6.
Carrie Mathison Needs To Address A Lot Of Issues In 'Homeland' Season 6
Claire Danes, on the other hand, was also spotted filming for "Homeland" Season 6. Of course, the star that plays the role of Carrie Mathison looked perfectly stunning, although a little stressed. In a report by Entertainment Weekly, the character of the 37-year-old star is about to answer a lot of concerns in "Homeland" Season 6.
Carrie Mathison has been through a lot in "Homeland" Season 5 finale, like ending a terrorist attack and left by her boyfriend. Saul Berenson (Mandy Patinkin), too, asked her to work for CIA again while her boss gave her a proposal. With all of these, the most disturbing thing was when she tried to pull the plug on Peter Quinn's life.
That has been a pretty tough situation for Carrie Mathison that resulted to a lot of issues she needs to address in "Homeland" Season 6. "The series is going to have a different feel this year, and it does every year, which is one of its strengths," Alex Gansa explained. "Homeland" Season 6 is about to air on Jan. 15, 2017 on Showtime.
