Well Sort of, his famed hammer, Mjolmir can be found in a cave during the campaign. According to IGN's Black Ops 2 Wiki, "To see the Thor's Hammer Easter Egg in the campaign you need to start the mission Celerium and get past the portion of the game when you fly in."
IGN says that once gamers eliminate all of the resistance in the area, they can walk over to the cliff area and leap down the lower area of the environment. On the lower level gamers will find a dark cave that houses Thor's Mjolnir Hammer.
In Norse mythology, Thor is the god thunder and lighting as well as the protection of mankind. His hammer is depicted as being powerful enough to destroy mountains. Its name Mjolnir simply means "crusher."
