Bleach 686 is finally here at last. Surprisingly, despite being the chapter, Bleach 686 spoilers confirms that Yhwach, who was subdued a couple of chapters ago, will again pose as a threat to Soul Society.

Bleach 686 Spoilers - Yhwach's Reiatsu Detected
Surprising just as everyone thought that Yhwach's threat has been dealt with for good, his reiatsu is suddenly detected inside Soul Society. Byakuya rushes to the area where the energy seem to originate to investigate.
Another captain, Sui-Feng, also hurries to the scene. After she catching up with Byakuya, it is revealed that they just came from the ceremony where Rukiya was ordained as captain of the 13th Division.
Reaching, the place where Yhwach's reiatsu was detected, they note that captain Mayura of the 12th Division is already there. He also waits for Yhwach's reiatsu to completely manifest itself. By then, a menacing dark reiatsu starts forming in the area.
Bleach 686 Spoilers - A Boy To Extinguish Yhwach For Good?
In the meantime, Renji and Rukia were back to the Karakura town to visit friends. They were in town specifically visit friends in a reunion inside the Kurosaki Clinic and, at the same time, to also watch Chad's fight in television as it airs. In fact, all the gang are there save for Ishida who is now a doctor at a hospital somewhere but was still watching Chad's fight on his smartphone.
While the adults are busy and excited, Ichigo's son Kazui wondered off. He then sees a small dark orb of reiatsu begin to take form. Being a child, curiosity takes over and he starts reaching for it with his small hands.
Apparently, it is the same Yhwach reiatsu that currently also starting to take shape back at Soul Society. There seems to be some sort of wormhole between Karakura and Soul Society where the veil separating the two realities is lifted with the mere presence of Yhwach/s reiatsu.
However, the emerging reiatsu bursts like a bubble with Kazui's touch. The same thing happens back in Soul Society where the three captains stand ready for a combat with Yhwach.
This time, it seems Yhwach defeat has been sealed by Ichigo's boy, unwittingly. Even Aizen senses that Yhwach power is not gone.
Bleach Spinoff Being Mulled?
There are unconfirmed reports that would nevertheless be a source of joy for Bleach fans who are obviously wanting for more out of the manga series.
