The torrent site Kickass Torrent had been officially put down last July 20, 2016 after so many years of tracing the man behind it, Artem Vaulin. And for their 7 years, they have provided people with free torrents from software to books to movies.
Fans Still Have Other Options
Those Kickass Torrent users are said to not be fully upset about the closing of the site as they still have other options in the internet. The 13 year-old torrent site, Pirate Bay is still currently active and is now the first option of the people after Kickass Torrent and the new site Extratorrent is the next. According to an article, fans have been using other torrent sites like IsoHunt, TorrentHound and Torrentdownloads which have reportedly increased their traffic rates after what happened to Kickass Torrent.
Kickass.cr Is Up For Sale
Speculations are going online that Kickass Torrent will have a comeback secretly even after the arrest of Vaulin under new domain. According to an article by Torrent Freak, one of the main domains of "Kickass Torrents" site has been up for sale. Kickasa.cr is said to be available in the SEDO market from $230 bid.
Hopes Up For Kickass Torrent Fans
