Each time Niantic tweaks something on “Pokemon Go”, players are bound to raise a howl. And the complaints are likely to pour in with word that the company is planning to relocate some rare spawn nests.
It was previously reported that “Pokemon Go” players are under the impression that Niantic has made several changes to the game. That post covered more on the PokeBalls being wasted and the refresh rate of rares being tweaked.
Niantic had previously pointed those to a glitch. However, the alleged relocation of rare spawn nests may not pass as one with most under the belief that it is the company’s way of making the game more interesting.
What is the big deal with rare spawn nests?
For those who are wondering what is so special about these rare spawn nests on “Pokemon Go”, the reason is the rare Pokemon spawns. Dratini is one of the rare critters that made headlines recently, a glitch spawning at some locations in recent weeks.
The issue has been addressed by game developers but it may cover more than Dratini. Like it or not, it does make the game interesting and gamers will eventually have to adjust despite expected backlash.
Worth noting here is that the rare Pokemon will not disappear. The difference will apparently be on the spawn rates of the rares which means longer waits and a lot of luck capturing the elusive rare Pokemon critters like Dragonite or maybe even Charizard.
Change is good
Change is something that even “Pokemon Go” players will dread but the obvious goal here is to keep the game as interesting as possible. It will technically mean added effort and new journeys for hooked “Pokemon Go” players which may take time for most to get used to.
Niantic is indebted to address glitches and make necessary changes, a reality that many will not understand at first. But similar to patches, upgrades, and updates, “Pokemon Go” is too good of a game not to be updated to maintain its level of hype.
