The Robinhood-themed TV series is gracing the airwaves once again in "Arrow" Season 5. This is a show that is not really pro-evil as it circles on karma and bad doings in the past catching up to the bad guys. In "Arrow" Season 5, teamwork is highly called for, as show protagonist, Oliver Queen, needs backup to keep the city in good hands.
Oliver Ditches The Past
Previous "Arrow" episodes have clearly unveiled to the viewers how his past seem to get in the way of his daily life and his quest to be a good leader. In "Arrow" Season 5, prepare to see Oliver struggle to get rid of the past so that he may give his full and undivided attention to the present issues happening in Star City.
Disband And 'Re-Band'
The previous "Arrow" episodes showed the struggles of the Team Arrow which led to its eventual disbandment. "Arrow" Season 5 will unfold and focus majority of its storyline in trying to build a new and much stronger Team Arrow.
If there is a Team Arrow, there would most definitely be a team of antagonists who will unleash their evilness in Queen's beloved Star City. One of the turning points of the story for "Arrow" Season 5 is how would Team Arrow, with most of its members new to villain fighting, possibly overpower and win over the team of villains?
With regards to the love story of Oliver and Felicity, fans would have to be patient in seeing some progress of their relationship in "Arrow" Season 5, especially since the trailer released in Comic Con 2016 did not really focus on their breakup. There is no news yet of a spin-off for "Arrow" Season 5.
However, if ever a spinoff happens, it would not be the first time as "Arrow" had experienced prior spinoffs with "Vixen," "The Flash" and "Legends Of Tomorrow." Mark your calendars on Oct. 5 to catch the "Arrow" Season 5 premiere.
