BIGBANG may be considered as a senior five member K-pop group, but their domination in charts and award shows led people to forget that they're not fresh artists anymore. BIGBANG is still getting better but also getting older as well. Meaning, some of the members are already old enough to commit to their mandatory military service.

BIGBANG leader G-Dragon recently opened up about their upcoming mandatory military service. G-Dragon revealed that they are all ready to serve their country but he fears about what the future holds for them when they do get back in the business.
"Whenever our country calls us, we'll go. We don't know when or who it will be, so I want to show people the five-member BIGBANG for as long as we're allowed," BIGBANG G-Dragon said. "We'll go and do our duty well. It's the aftermath that's the problem. However, when that time arrives, we might be older and have changed our minds. Although we will always be BIGBANG, we don't know what will happen when we come back [from enlistment]."
