‘No Man’s Sky’ Cheats, Tricks & Tips: Selling ‘Bypass Chips’ The Fastest Way To Get A Better Ship?

A fast ship is a very important tool when you are playing "No Man's Sky." There is no way you can get around the universe when you are stuck in a shipwreck. The faster you get a better ship, the better for your expedition.

So, how do you exactly get a better ship without cheating? Economics in "No Man's Sky" is very valuable strategy. You have got to have the resources to be able to fix or upgrade your ship. Selling "Bypass Chips" could give you higher credits, which are about 3,575. "Bypass Chips" can be crafted when you combine 10 iron and 10 plutonium. When sold individually, plutonium, which can be found in those pointy red crystals, only costs 41 credits while iron, found also in rocks, is only 17.

Iron and plutonium are very common in the "No Man's Sky" universe. Simply collect these two elements and you are on your way to building your credits so you can get a better ship fast. Using the grenade launcher rather than the mining beam to collect iron is also more efficient.

Now that you have earned your credits, you can easily upgrade your inventory. The first "Exosuit" inventory upgrade is for free, but every succeeding upgrade costs 10,000 credits. If you have collected credits by selling "Bypass Chips" in "No Man's Sky," you can easily expand your slots without wasting time to collect other resources to build your ship faster. But do not be too greedy for cute but non-essential items in your inventory. In the middle of the game, when your life support is low, you might just want to thank that you have carbon instead of those "Gek Charms."

Playing "No Man's Sky" means you need to develop your social interaction skills as well. Your alliance with other inhabitants could bring down the prices for their spaceships.  Alliance is only strengthened when you learn to decode their language.
