He wrote, “Give us liberty or give us death.” The assassin gripped the hilt of his ax and moved towards the battle that was raging on. The colonist soldiers, encouraged by his presences redoubled their efforts and fought furiously against the Read Coats.
Ubisoft’s new cinematic TV commercial for Assassin’s Creed III torments gamers with hints of the epic battles that await them when the game releases on Oct. 30 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. A PC release will follow on Nov. 20, while a Wii U version will be available at the consoles launch on Nov. 18.
The trailer also shows the game's protagonist Connor wielding his signature tomahawk and throwing the weapon with deadly accuracy, but what maybe more interesting is that the environment appears to be a weapon that can be used by the assassin as well. The wilderness itself offers adverse boundaries, rugged passes and rapid streams. Yes previous games in the series let you use haystacks to get stealthy kills, but this seems a lot different.
