"Grimm" Season 6 will have a newly elected mayor with Sasha Roiz, who plays the role of Renard. The 42-year-old star teased what kind of leader the television series is set to have and the future of the show at the recent San Diego Comic-Con.
Mayor Renard A New Enemy?
In an interview with Showbiz Junkies, Sasha Roiz revealed that fans are about to find his role very interesting in "Grimm" Season 6. "Well, if I have anything to do with it I would like to take it as dark as possible and as confrontational as we can. I think it's more interesting," he teased. In fact, he can be the bad guy of this new season.
"It looks like it, which is really great because I like it when the stories and the mythology stay in house and it's all about the main characters and their dynamics and inter-relationships," Sasha Roiz went on to explain. It looks like Mayor Renard will be the new enemy in "Grimm" Season 6, but he cleared that this ain't affects his relationship with the casts of the NBC drama as they already built a close bond.
'Grimm' Season 6 Storyline
Meanwhile, the TV show creator David Greenwalt also confessed at San Diego Comic-Con that "Grimm" Season 6 would also reveal the story behind the mysterious Magic Stick. The 66-year-old screenwriter hinted that the supernatural cane is one of the biggest mysteries "Grimm" Season 6 has. He teased that fans are about to see its effects, origin and how the Grimms able to possess it, according to Vine Report.
Moreover, David Guintoli also disclosed the love triangle his character, Nick, Juliette/Eve (Bitsie Tulloch) and Adalind (Claire Coffee) are going through. Juliette would be having a hard time dealing with the demons in her personality as Eve as she is trying to remember her past. She, then, would realize the ways she treated Nick and would feel sorry about it. Hence, Nick would be confused about her feelings for Juliette now that he's too in love with Adalind. "Grimm" season 6 premieres on Oct. 9 on NBC.
