Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim New Dragonborn DLC Revealed?

The next Skyrim downloadable content pack will be titled Dragonborn and will be set on the independent island of Solstheim, which is east of Skyrim and north of Morrowind, according to a report on Eurogamer

The report names a Bethesda forum user Mardoxx, who proclaims that the next piece of DLC will be titled Dragonborn. Skyrim developer Bethesda trademarked the name back in September, according to Eurogamer.

The forum user also states that the new DLC will feature the possibility of rising dragons. Mardoxx also states that main locations will include Raven Rock, Miraak Temple, Castle Karstaag and Telvanni Tower.

Here is the source code the user claims to have found that describes the weapons in the possible new DLC:

"There are other things like new creatures and dwemer objects, but they're not that interesting," according to Mardoxx's forum entry.

Hearthfire, the second downloadable content pack for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim recently became available for PC. The pack cost $5.00 and originally was an exclusive for Xbox 360 players. The pack allowed gamer's to build homes and even start a family.

But Bethesda was not able to get the Hearthfire expansion working for the PlayStation 3. Following the release of the Hearthfire DLC on Steam, Bethesda's Pete Hines said there was no new information about either Hearthfire or the large Dawnguard expansion for Skyrim on PlayStation 3.

"I don't have any info on Hearthfire, Dawnguard, or DLC in general for PS3," Hines wrote on Twitter, "We're still on it. Will share update when I have one.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was developed by Bethesda Game Studios and Published by Bethesda Softworks and was released in November, 2011 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
