Valve's "Half-Life 3" is anticipated on taking flight by 2018, due to the fact that the franchise will celebrate its 20th anniversary. After two decades of the game's existence, some believe that Valve has been simply hiding what is due for them behind the shadows all these years.
On the other hand, speculations rose on "Half-Life 3" being worked on to be VR-compatible, as to adjust to today's generation of hardware. As noted by Vine Report, Valve has not disclosed the details yet but is a possibility.
Being a first-person shooter automatically validates "Half-Life 3" as a candidate for VR support. Making things more interesting, fans are thinking of the possibility that the game is not alone; "Left 4 Dead 3" might also be slated for release.
With years of waiting, Valve seemingly thwarted aside all the hopes of a potential "Half-Life 3" and the sister shooter "Left 4 Dead 3." With no confirmation on whether either one of both games will surface or not, Valve urges their followers to take everything as a grain of salt for the time being.
