“The Flash” Season 3 has already shown how Wally West (Keiynan Lonsdale) will emerge as “Kid Flash” but most may have forgotten that it was not him alone who got hit by that recreated particle accelerate back in season 2.
Jesse Wells (Violett Beane) was the other character struck by lightning in that episode. To date, there is no word yet on whether fans will see her appearing as “Jesse Quick” in "The Flash" Season 3. Like “Flash”, “Kid Flash”, “Reverse Flash” and “Zoom”, she is the female speedster in the mix.
Returning but as what?
Thanks once again to the time-altering decision of "The Flash" Season 3 lead character Barry Allen (Grant Gustin), most are left to wonder how it will affect the inhabitants of Earth-2 in. The last time out, we did report on what Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) would be returning to following his interview at SDCC 2016.
All Cavanagh said is that everything will be put on reset in "The Flash" Season 3, including his character. But what about “Jesse Wells”?
There is no word yet on what lies ahead for Beane who admits she is clueless on what "The Flash" Season 3 will have her do. The only thing she can reveal is that she will be back though she admits she is dying to put a suit on via Toofab.com.
Beane needs to start 'running'
Should Beane finally don the “Jesse Quick” suit in "The Flash" Season 3, it will of course entail a lot of running. The problem now is that she admits she is not a good runner, meaning that is an area she will have to work on.
But before that is addressed, her actual role on “The Flash” Season 3 has to be established. There are a lot of questions up in the air and the fact that no word of her working out the role points to a script that may have yet to be written.
