According to cinemablend, "Suicide Squad" is about a team of the world's most dangerous, imprisoned Super Villains assembled. The government provided them with the most powerful arsenal, and put them on a mission to defeat an insuperable, enigmatic entity.

Will Smith will play the role Floyd Lawton/Deadshot, an assassin who's having a conscience crisis. He's the world's most deadliest marksman. And he's also a dad that loves his daughter; Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, one of the fans favorite. Her first appearance was a character in Batman: The Animated Series; Jared Leto as Joker, one of the most famous comic book villain in the world. Joker is a psychopath who's biggest enemy is Batman. Jared Leto is also the lead singer of the band Thirty Seconds to Mars.
Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, a very powerful sorceress who's released in her prison by June Moone. Cara Delevingne is also a model who successfully transitioned to an acting career; Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flagg, the leader of the "Suicide Squad". Joel Kinnaman took over for Tom Hardy, who originally had the role; Jai Courtney as Digger Harkness/Boomerang, he's also an assassin and he's kind of a jerk. Courtney has appeared in Spartacus Blood and Sand, Divergent, Insurgent, Terminator Genisys, A Good Day to Die Hard, I, Frankenstein and Man Down.
Jay Hernandez as Chato Santana/ El Diablo. El Diablo was a former gang member and he can summon flames in his hands. He doesn't really want to fight and regrets his past actions; Karen Fukuhara as Tatsu Yamashiro/ Katana. She's an expert martial artist and a swordswoman who's dealing with her husband's loss.
Adam Beach as Christopher Weiss/Slipknot. Slipknot is a ropes master and a member of "Suicide Squad"; Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Waylon Jones/ Killer Croc. Killer Croc was a sideshow wrestler and has a genetic condition that makes him look like a reptile
Viola Davis as Amanda Waller. She is running the show, she came up with the idea of "Suicide Squad" and taking no prisoners in terms of what is happening and who is expendable; Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/ Batman. Ben Affleck also played the same role for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and he will continue to play the same role in all upcoming films slated for the DC Cinematic Universe.
