Blizzard Entertainment announced a new kind of experience for all its "World of Warcraft" fans. During their panel discussion at the San Diego Comic-Con, Blizzard Entertainment revealed that it will launch an audio drama titled "Tom of Sargeras" for the franchise.
'World Of Warcraft' To Launch 'Tomb of Sargeras'
As a premise for the release of its next expansion, "World of Warcraft: Legion," Blizzard Entertainment announced that it will be exploring a new form of media for its "World of Warcraft" franchise. "Tomb of Sargeras" is an audio drama, a coalesce of iconic music and sound effects.
"Tomb of Sargeras" will follow the story of an orc warlock Guldan, who opens up portals to Azeroth. The opened portals will give entry to a multitude of demons that can create havoc to the planet. The "World of Warcraft" audio drama will have four episodes, which will be free in podcast format.

Fans may subscribe on iTunes and other podcast platforms for the "Tomb of Sargeras" podcast feed. This will also give fans a free preview of the first episodes as well.
Blizzard Entertainment hopes that it will do more audio dramas for the "World of Warcraft" in the future.
"We're really excited about this internally," director of the story and creative development James Waugh expressed their sentiments over the "World of Warcraft" audio drama. "If the community likes it, we'll probably try to do more."
Starting Aug. 1, Entertainment Bizzard will launch "Tomb of Sargeras."
'World of Warcraft: Legion' Short Shows Gul'dan's Origin
Meanwhile, PCGamesN reported that "World of Warcraft: Legion animated short revealed how Gul'dan rose to lead the Horde. As part of the Harbinger series, Blizzard Entertainment showed a lanky and deformed Gul'dan back in the Shadowmoon clan.
"World of Warcraft: Legion" will launch on Aug. 30 for Windows PC and Mac. This is the sixth expansion pack for "World of Warcraft."
