Thousands of fans are now waiting for the forthcoming premiere of "Avatar 2" in theatres worldwide. Now, new reports are claiming that Stephen Lang will be official joining Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana in the "Avatar" sequel.

GamenGuide has previously reported that Stephen Lang is going to be the newest addition to the lead stars in the upcoming "Avatar 2" movie. Director James Cameron previously revealed that the character of Stephen Lang is going to make it big in the forthcoming movie sequel.
"Avatar 2" is reportedly going to continue where the first movie left off. In other words, the human versus nature theme will still be tackled but more challenges are definitely coming as new villains are also expected to cause chaos.
However, fans should worry no more as Stephen Lang's Miles Quaritch is joining Jake Sully (Sam Worthington) and Neytiri (Zoe Saldana) as the newest protagonist in the "Avatar 2" movie. Creator James Cameron has stated that Miles Quaritch is going to evolve in the upcoming "Avatar" sequels together with the original lead cast.
This news has even sparked reports that Stephen Lang could even have his own spinoff or an "Avatar" sequel could probably focus more on Miles Quaritch's life. Though this could be true, James Cameron has not yet confirmed this rumor.

Meanwhile, James Cameron has already revealed that "Star Wars 8" is the very main reason why he decided to delay the premiere of the forthcoming "Avatar 2" movie. According to the "Avatar" creator, he does not want his film to directly compete with a "Star Wars" franchise as he has high respect on the people behind the one of the most successful movie series of all time.
