As "The Walking Dead" Season 7 continues in development, actor Norman Reedus decided to prank Andrew Lincoln with a glitter bomb.
On The Walking Dead set, Norman Reedus, who plays Daryl Dixon, has been leading in a prank war against his fellow cast members. His latest attack was against Lincoln, who plays the AMC show star Rick Grimes, and had everything recorded on video.
In the Instagram video posted by Norman Reedus, titled "Glitter attack successful," he filled the air-conditioning vents of Lincoln's car with so much colorful glitter.
The clip showcased Lincoln seated on the driver seat with the door open and Norman Reedus' evil cackling in the background. Lincoln remained dumbfounded for several seconds and commented that the shiny flakes are still coming out. He asked Norman Reedus how much did he put in the vents.
Norman Reedus happily replied that he put so much and then bide his co-star a nice ride home in the heat. Lincoln could only say that he is already sweating from the clogged vents.
During his appearance at James Corden's show in February 2016, Norman Reedus explained that the prank war started when someone gave Reedusan '80s-inspired airbrushed Daryl Dixon license plate. He snuck it onto Lincoln's vehicle without him noticing.
Lincoln vowed to exact vengeance, although Reedus said that he was quite bad at it. In the final day of shooting for "The Walking Dead" Season 6, Norman Reedus packed Lincoln's set trailer with chickens. He said it was good to hit them quick before they could even get back.
Entertainment Weekly said that, so far, Norman Reedus has a 3-0 lead against Lincoln in the ongoing prank war between them. Previously, Norman Reedus filled Lincoln's trailer with chickens. He also attached a novelty license plate onto the unknowing Lincoln's car.
Cinema Blend wrote that Both NormanReedus and Lincoln have been bonding very well on the AMC show set through the seasons, exchanging pranks whenever possible.
While the actors were in Japan to promote the show, Reedus tricked Lincoln into saying "Where's the toilet?" instead of "Thank you" in Japanese.
On another occasion, Lincoln had a zombie actor scare Reedus in a hotel room, with the help of several crew members. Lincoln probably has a bigger prank brewing for his friend.
Lincoln is expected to retaliate soon, or wave a white flag in surrender. More updates and details on Norman Reedus are expected soon.
