Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Trailer Teases Zombies Announcement

I didn't know you could tease a trailer with a trailer, but I guess Treyarch is going for the "bad boy" image, since that's exactly what they've done. Check it out below!

Nothing says "sheer terror" like zombies in hospital gowns. Gotta love that visible undead booty...

What started as a simple multiplayer game in Call of Duty: World at War has certainly come a long way. After becoming popular in World at War, the mode returned in Black Ops. Reminiscent  of Smash TV, players must face off against endless hordes of hungry undead. Players must continuously repair barricades and fight off wave after wave of zombies, which will occasionally  drop power ups to make survival a little easier.

Treyarch has confirmed that the Zombies mode will return for Black Ops II with its own campaign, making it the third time players will fight off zombies. The difference here is that Black Ops 2's Zombie mode will have its own campaign along with the main story, a first for the Call of Duty series.

Treyarch has also confirmed that more players will be able to play the Zombie mode with a group of friends. Compared with previous Call of Dutys, where only four could play co-op, Black Ops 2's Zombie mode will support up to 8 players. Treyarch announced in August 2012 that Nuketown would be remade as a zombie map for those buying Hardened or Care Package Edition of Black Ops 2.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2's Zombie mode premieres in one week, September 26.
