'Colony' Season 2 has no update
Despite speculations that "Colony" Season 2 may not happen anymore, "Colony" Season 2 co-creator Ryan Condal revealed some much awaited updateds after "Colony" Season 2 has officially been picked up.
Speaking with Collider via phone call, the "Colony" Season 2 co-creator Ryan Condal shared some details as to what fans will expect in "Colony" Season 2.
Although the "Colony" Season 2 co-creator didn't reveal why there is no update regarding the sequel, he did share that they have already started writing for "Colony" Season 2.

"Colony" Season 1 only had 10 episodes, so the story was still unravelling and before you know it, it was already the "Colony" Season 1 finale.
This time though, Ryan Condal revealed that "Colony" Season 2 has 13 episodes which will certainly give them much room to play with the characters and storyline.
Ryan Condal also noted that he already knows what stories to tell in "Colony" Season 2.

With 13 episodes on hand, the "Colony" Season 2 co-creator shared that the story for the sequel will be different since "Colony" Season 1 ended with how it was supposed to end.
"It’s 13 episodes this year, so we have more of a canvas to work on," the "Colony" Season 2 co-creator Ryan Condal said. "But I think that’s good for the show because we want to go down the little alleys and corners, and you can’t do that as much in a 10-episode first season."
But just like "Colony" Season 1, we should also expect a lot of twists and turns in "Colony" Season 2 as the show is known for those thrills.
"Colony" Season 2 will return to the USA Network. Official air date has yet to be announced.
