In an interview with Deadline, Jon Bokenkamp addressed the possibility of Liz and Red working together again in "The Blacklist" Season 4. The EP confirmed that Red "certainly wouldn't work for the FBI" unless Liz was involved. However, that doesn't mean that their relationship will not be "strained".
The relationship between Liz and Red is not the only thing that will be strained in "The Blacklist" Season 4. Jon Bokenkamp also revealed that fans will learn more about the connection between Red and Kirk.
