The midseason finale of "Fear the Walking Dead" left viewers feeling emotions for Nick (Frank Dillane), who has decided he wants to go his own way.
Despite Madison's (Kim Dickens) call for him to join them as they escape the raging fire, Nick decides that he no longer wants to be part of the group. Does this mean that Nick will start a colony of his own? If so, who will he start a group with?

TV Line released, Nick can be found in his lonesome, walking down what seems to be a desolate road leading nowhere.
The photo holds a lot of secrets, as fans and viewers still don't know where he is headed. However, executive producer Dave Erickson did say that Nick won't be alone for a very long time, as he is set to "reconnect with someone when we come back in Episode 8." But who will he team up with once the show returns in August?
"Fear the Walking Dead" season 2 may see Nick teaming up with Travis (Cliff Curtis) and Chris, or going off to find his own colony. This is all a theory, however, but it seems that Nick is indeed on a mission. In fact, the image is very reminiscent of "The Walking Dead" season 1 poster wherein Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) is walking down an empty Atlanta highway.

Another interesting image is the official poster of "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2 part B, which shows a sugar skull being attacked by what seems to be dozens of walker hands. In the Latin culture, sugar skulls symbolize Dia de los Muertos or Day of the Dead. The poster also features a quote that says "Death knows no borders," implying that the apocalypse has indeed affected lives outside of the United States as well.
Does this mean that Nick is traveling down to Mexico? Who or what will he find there? Will Madison and the rest of the gang be reunited with Nick in "Fear the Walking Dead" season 2? So many questions are left unanswered until the show returns on Sunday, August 21 at 9 p.m. on AMC.
