Kid Flash is officially coming to "The Flash" Season 3! The CW has just revealed photos of Keiynan Lonsdale in his Kid Flash costume, but is he still Wally West? Or is the show following the "Flashpoint" comic book storyline and introducing Bart Allen?
Keiynan Lonsdale Puts On His Kid Flash Costume In "The Flash" Season 3 Photos
When Keiynan Lonsdale was introduced as Wally West in "The Flash" Season 2, fans held their breath on the possibility that Kid Flash will soon join Barry Allen in the CW show.
Unfortunately, Wally never strapped himself into the trademark yellow-and-red suit, although he and Jesse Wells did get struck by the Speed Force in "The Flash" Season 2 Episode 20. Luckily, it looks like Keiynan Lonsdale will be Kid Flash in "The Flash" Season 3.

This certainly looks like a Kid Flash worthy of the "Flashpoint" comic book storyline. But hold on there, isn't the Kid Flash in "Flashpoint" someone from the future? Is it possible that it will not be Wally West who will don the Kid Flash suit in "The Flash" Season 3?
Will Keiynan Lonsdale Play Bart Allen's Kid Flash In "The Flash" Season 3?
Kid Flash is a major character in the "Flashpoint" storyline, but he isn't Wally West. By the time "Flashpoint" happens, Bart Allen (grandson of Barry) has taken on the mantle. So is it possible that the CW picture is showing Bart instead of Wally becoming Kid Flash in "The Flash" Season 3?
Don't Act Surprised, "The Flash" Has Done This To Us Several Times
"The Flash" has a history of presenting characters being played by just one actor. Tom Cavanagh has portrayed Earth-1 Harrison Wells, Eobard Thawne disguised as Earth-1 Harrison Wells and Earth-2 Harrison Wells.
In addition to that, Teddy Sears played Jay Garrick and Hunter Zolomon while John Wesley Shipp was Henry Allen as well as Earth-3 Jay Garrick. And this was all just in "The Flash" Season 2.
It would not be a long stretch if Kid Flash turns out to be both Bart Allen and Wally West. However, it would still be interesting to see how Barry Allen and Joe West would react to Kid Flash's debut in "The Flash" Season 3.
"The Flash" Season 3 airs on The CW on October 4.
