A new ABC promo for "General Hospital" revealed that Alexis Davis (Nancy Grahn) may be pregnant once more with husband Julian Jerome (William deVry). Is this the twist that the promo is talking about?
Alexis Miraculously Pregnant?
According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, "General Hospital" released a promo video that may otherwise be misleading. While Alexis faked a pregnancy to force Julian to confess of his crimes, the promo video implies otherwise.
The promo video for "General Hospital" described the events as the most unexpected summer twist. The video shows Kristina Corinthos (Lexi Ainsworth) with a pregnancy test, asking who it belongs to.
Molly Lansing (Haley Pollos) denied that it's hers and so did everyone else. The promo video for "General Hospital" ended with asking Alexis if it could be hers.
However, this couldn't be possible if you keep track on "General Hospital" storylines. About five years ago, Alexis went a major menopause event and having a baby now is simply impossible.
But "General Hospital" is rather known for doing the impossible: reviving Jake Webber (Hudson West) and Jason Morgan (Billy Miller) back from the dead. Getting Alexis pregnant may not be too far-fetched after all.

Is It Sam's?
There are plenty of explanations on the positive pregnancy test found by Kristina. The positive pregnancy kit may have been prepared by Alexis and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) in case Julian demands proof of the fake pregnancy.
Another possibility is that Sam Morgan (Kelly Monaco) may actually be pregnant. "General Hospital" fans have been asking for Sam and Jason to have a second baby.
Whoever owns the pregnancy kit, though, many fans are still hoping that Alexis and Julian may still end up together in the end. This could only happen if Julian is actually innocent of doing the accused crimes, "General Hospital" writers noted.
