No Man's Sky' Finally Goes Gold; See Fans Reaction to the Game, 4 Years in the Making

After a four years of developing the intergalactic game "No Man's Sky", it looks like there's no stopping Hello Games and Sean Murray in declaring the game as Gold. In a recent twitter post by Murray, he said "It's happened. No Man's Sky just went gold. I'm so incredibly proud of this tiny team. 4 years of emotions." It's definitely a big day for the team, a time to get some rest after a gruelling 4 years of development.

Previously, it was noted that "No Man's Sky" was delayed for reasons, that the developer needs more time in doing the finishing touches of the game. Primarily scheduled to release in June 2016, the release date was pushed back to August 2016. Murray admits, it wasn't an easy decision, not when fans of the game issued some threats to the whole team.

In a previous report by the Polygon, Murray said in his twitter that he has indeed received loads of death threat over the delay of the game. Despite that, he assured fans that the game will arrive and the whole team is all out working on finishing "No Man's Sky."

This new milestone for the team has set the pace on when will fans expect the game to be available. But before that, the game has to be sent to manufacturers in order to make a mass production of the game. It's not just an idea, "No Man's Sky" is really coming  and all the weeks of teaser and spoilers has finally arrived to one conclusion.

No Man's Sky is scheduled to arrive on the PC and PS4 platforms this coming August 9 in Northern America and August 10 in UK and Europe. Are you excited to get the copy of "No Man's Sky" this coming August? Share us your experience playing the game by leaving a comment on the GameNGuide website.
