Fans of "Five Nights at Freddy's" have been waiting for the release of its fifth installment entitled "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location." The game is expected to come out this autumn but no specific date was given yet.
Prior the official release, avid fans of the game have been making their own assumptions and theories with regards to the location and new characters that will emerge in FNaF's "Sister Location." The guesses were making rounds in various gaming forums, and players are getting hyped up with the many possibilities.
One of the most discussed topics about "Five Nights at Freddy's" is the next location of the game. Where could the "Sister Location" could be?
On Wiki FNaF forum, gamers theorized that it could be at Fredbear's Family Diner and at an elevator leading to a place below the restaurant. Others surmised that it could be in an underground circus, a safety bunker, a mad scientist's den or at the animatronic factory. The idea of underground circus was based on the trailer's tagline which read: "deep below the ground."
All the guesses are not bad and some of them may even be correct, but of course, this will be confirmed once the game comes out. It can be noted that fans were able to come up with the possible locations just by watching the first trailer that was uploaded on You Tube by the game's developer Scott Cawthon.
Which characters will appear in "Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location" is the next most talked about topic among FNaF fans. Many of them have been mentioning the names of Ennard, Purple Man and Chica, with some saying that the main character this time could either be one of the first two mentioned names. On the other hand, Ennard is a new character that will be introduced in the upcoming game release.
It was reported that fans dissected an HTML code and they unearthed a line which read "AftnROBOTICS." According to those who are familiar with FNaF's "The Silver Eyes," this code represents William Afton, Purple Man's character in the novel. This find made them to assume that he is coming back in this latest installment.
Meanwhile, Cawthon confirmed that the film adaptation of "Five Nights at Freddy's" is already in the works. "The script is still being worked on. The people involved are taking the movie seriously, which is definitely a good thing," he wrote on Steam Community in response to a fan who asked about the movie production.
