"Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall," director Jeff Wadlow tweeted something that strongly hints actor Jim Carrey is joining the cast of the super hero movie.
Jeff tweeted: "6 days till we start shooting... and we officially have our Colonel. Alrighty f'n then! @ChloeGMoretz @MintzPlasse @donald_faison #kickass2."
The creator of the comic book Mark Millar later tweeted a clue about the casting to actor Chris Mintz-Plasse, who plays Red Mist in the film.
Millar tweeted: "He lives with 200 raccoons, and parrots, owns the mask of Loki and named by Spielberg a genius."
While neither tweet names Jim Carrey, the tweets make numerous references to the actors films and career.
