A new "Left 4 Dead 2" mod recently featured the highly controversial Twitter quotes of actor and rapper Jaden Smith. The lines could be seen throughout the game, replacing graffiti on walls, doors and other places.
Modder Molkifier created a strange new mod for "Left 4 Dead 2" which substituted in-game graffiti with several philosophical quotes from Will Smith's son.
Players who install the mod will discover that the graffiti, which used to provide mysterious warnings or scary hints of impending danger, was substituted with the humorous and mind-boggling tweets.
GameRant noted that one of the scribbles in "Left 4 Dead 2" asked how mirrors can be real if our eyes are not real. Another pondered that if a book store always has supply of a certain book, does it mean that nobody or everybody reads it?
One quote claimed that school is the tool to brainwash the youth, which gives nod to Jaden's homeschool approach to sound education.
PCGamer stated that Mokifier has featured a few great Left 4 Dead 2 mods. Previously, he made Actual Cannibal Shia LaBeouf into a Hunter. The character gets down on all fours and commences to sprint towards his victim.
The voice lines and music were replaced with clips from the viral video, "Actual Cannibal Shia LaBeouf." The modder shared that it was his initial attempt and wanted to do more soon.
Jaden Smith's lines are also spreading to other titles aside from "Left 4 Dead 2," such as "No Man's Sky." The upcoming game will feature Smith's quotes in an official manner, most likely appearing onscreen after players die.
Sean Murray, developer of the delayed game, said that the quotes were incorporated into the game officially to avoid giving a pretentious impressions, considering that other quotes are from famous scientists and scholars.
The new Left 4 Dead 2 mod has been receiving a lot of attention and praise from gamers. Jaden Smith has also been commended for his deep thoughts, which he generously shares on Twitter.
If his verses do well in the new mod and the upcoming game, Valve may decide to include these officially in the rumored game "Left 4 Dead 3."
In the meantime, "Left 4 Dead 2" fans can enjoy the new content. The mod may also encourage old players to return, just to see the adjustments and open their minds.
More details are expected soon, so stay tuned to Game & Guide for more updates!
