“Hawaii Five-0” season 7 is not expected back until Fall and many are eager to see what twists will be straightened out.
Relationships are bound to be one of the things which will need some straightening out. One of the more popular unions on the show is the one between “Kono” (Grace Park) and “Adam” (Ian Anthony Dale) who didn’t really hit it off smoothly following their marriage.
The supposed perfect union started out on the wrong foot with both being kidnapped on their honeymoon. Through “Hawaii Five-0” season 6, Adam even got sentenced for killing two men he was ordered to kidnap (credit “Goro Shioma” (Akira Hirayama) for that one), relegating him behind bars.
With the fix, it will be interesting if Adam and Kono will ever enjoy the perks of marriage. Adam’s sentence is for two years and that could be a telling part on whether the marriage will still work out.
Adam and Kono Starting Over in 'Hawaii Five-0?
It is believed that Adam will eventually be set free and such could pave the way for him and Kono to rebuild their tumultuous marriage. This was revealed no less by Peter M. Lenkov as something to expect for “Hawaii Five-0” season 7 via Entertainment Weekly.
Assuming that this is what season 7 has in store for the couple, it is not expected to be an easy one to fix and restore. With both going through much, trials are expected to test how strong their bond truly is.
New villain in town in 'Hawaii Five-0?
With Gabriel (Christopher Sean) taken out, the “Hawaii Five-O” team is expected to deal with a new threat. There is no mention yet on who that would be though Lenkov says it will be someone ‘unexpected’ in another EW article.
Whoever that may be remains to be seen but focus will be also on Steve McGarrett (Alex O’Loughlin) who nearly died in “Hawaii Five-0” season 6. It took Danny Williams (Scott Caan) to preserve him but the whole experience may just alter how he approaches everything next season.
