After the reboot of "Doom" is released on May 13, it's very first update called "DOOM Update #1" is about to come on June 30. The new upgrade is set to fix bugs and glitches and new additional features.
Update Inclusions
According to Attack of the Fanboy, "DOOM Update #1" has a new Photo Mode that will allow its players to do a screen capture of the game and shared it as a new snap.
The Photo Mode will be found in "Doom" game settings and can be toggled through the pause options when the map is loaded through Mission Select.
"DOOM Update #1" also brings back the Classic "Doom" firearms placement/video model menu in all modes.
Other changes "Doom" will receive from "DOOM Update #1" are the multiplayer mode, but some of it is already applied to the game. The SnapMag editor will be tweaked a little, as per PC Gamer.
"Doom" will also have an additional option to make its character hold its weapon in the middle of the screen, like what the old games' feature before.

Fixed Bugs & Glitches
"DOOM Update #1" will fix Steam Friends' Ultra-Nightmare Helmets not occupying the map in "Doom." It will also repair the freeze the players experiencing upon opening weapon wheel over 142 FPS (PC).
It will be easier, too, for the "Doom" gamers to exit to desktop when ticking campaign after opening Dev Mode (PC). "DOOM Update #1" will patch up "IDKFA" Trophy/Achievement that not accurately releasing.

Meanwhile, "Doom" is up in the Steam summer sale with 40 percent off for $35.99, Rock, Paper, Shotgun noted. The "Doom" demo game is also still available as Bethesda extended the free play, which is originally for Electronic Entertainment Expo 2016 week only.
