‘The Flash’ Season 3 Air Date, Latest News and Spoilers: ‘Jesse Quick’ Return Confirmed

The suspense tied up on what to expect for the third season of “The Flash” continue to pour in and a new star has confirmed she will be back.

Violett Beane confirmed through TV Line that she will be returning in “The Flash” next season to reprise her role as “Jesse Wells”. Could we see the revelation of “Jesse Quick”?

Beane is unsure of that for now, admitting she is clueless if she will star with or without powers. The only thing certain for now is that she will be rejoining her father, “Harrison Wells” (Tom Cavanagh).

When will Jesse and Wally West show their true powers?

The interest on when “Jesse” and “Wally West” (Keiynan Lonsdale) is obvious. After both found themselves hit by lightning when the recreated particle accelerator exploded, fans believed that the series will soon showcase “Jesse Quick” and “Kid Flash”.

To date, nothing close to showing “Jesse” or “Wally” showing powers have come up, even if “Joe West” (Jesse L. Martin) tried to see if “Wally” did have ‘quick reflexes’ (refer to the issue of the falling cup, “Iris West” (Candice Patton) gift to his dad).

What Earth will she represent?

Everyone knows that “Barry Allen” (Grant Gustin) made a big move by altering the timeline, saving her mother “Nora Allen” (Michelle Harrison) from the “Reverse Flash”.

That was mentioned in a recent post which touches on the confirmation of “Flashpoint”. You can read that here.

Regardless, an altered timeline holds many possibilities, including a different “Jesse”. That could be an evil “Jesse Wells”, the same one we saw in season 2 or a new “superhero” in “Jesse Quick” as many are hoping for per Screen Rant.

Hence it all depends on the effect of “Barry’s” timeline altering actions.

“The Flash” Season 3 returns on October 4 on CW.
