"Justice League" is definitely taking a different direction from the critic-battered "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice". Early reviews about the upcoming DC Extended Universe film are simply raving about Ezra Miller, who will play The Flash aka Barry Allen.
But just what is it about Ezra Miller that makes The Flash so adorable in "Justice League"? For starters, there's his recruitment scene with Ben Affleck's brooding Bruce Wayne.
Ezra Miller's The Flash Meets The Batman's Batarang
Screen Rant offered a detailed explanation of what went down during the recent press visit at the "Justice League" set. The reporters were treated to a viewing of Ezra Miller's scene at what is known as "The Flash HQ."
The scene begins with Barry Allen (Ezra Miller) going into his apartment to find Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) waiting for him.
Bruce tries to tell Barry that he already knows that he is The Flash, but Barry keeps joking that it couldn't possibly be him.
That is, despite the fact that his suit is out there in the open, which Barry insists he uses for "competitive figure skating."
Bruce (who is clearly not having of that BS) decides to throw a batarang at Barry, who catches it. Once he realizes that he is dealing with Batman, Barry enthusiastically agrees to sign up for the Justice League.
Oh, and he wants to keep the batarang.
Ezra Miller haters are still out there, but it looks like the DCEU Flash has Batman and the Justice League on his side now.
