Kurt Sutter is a man who wears many hats. Not only is the creator for FX's "Sons of Anarchy," he's also the writer. And the producer. And the director. And oh yeah, he acts in it too.
But it seems as though he'll only be working on "Sons of Anarchy" in one medium. He recently tweeted that a supposed video game adaptation was, "getting NO TRACTION," and that "it looks like our big publisher blew us off." Sutter went on to say that a "Sons of Anarchy" videogame wasn't a priority for FX, and has doubts for its future.
Without a publisher, Sutter's options for a "Sons of Anarchy" game are slim, especially since the last thing he wants for an "Anarchy" game adaptation is as "a shitty browser game," pointing a finger at AMC's "The Walking Dead" producer Glen Mazzara, for his own show's own facebook game, The Walking Dead Social Game: "sorry @glenmazzara, show's awesome, game sucks." He also said that it was his responsibility as a gamer to release a quality product, "not some 1/2 promotional piece of shit like Game of Thrones."
But in the end, maybe it's all just as well. Besides, there's already a pretty good game video game about drug pushing bikers. And at least there's still the Breaking Bad RPG.
