Recent reports are claiming that fan-favourite Ibuki is rumoured to come out as the next DLC character at the end of May. However, "Street Fighter 5" developers clarified on Twitter that the character will be released at the end of June instead.
'Street Fighter 5' DLC delay caused Twitter backlash
As Capcom and "Street Fighter 5" announced or clarified the rumours about Ibuki being released at the end of May, Twitter followers started to bash the company and the game for announcing the news at the last minute of the release.
Fans started to demand refunds for not announcing the delay earlier and even said that they are getting a lacklustre version of the game because they feel they were fooled by Capcom. "Street Fighter 5" released a teaser of the new DLC character in Ibuki last month that has got fans hyped up.
What 'Street Fighter 5' fans should expect this June
Capcom and "Street Fighter 5" have announced that Ibuki will be released at the end of June with the highly anticipated DLC storyline which is expected to be for free.
