A new report claims that the GoPro Hero 5 will help the company's stock prices back up as it went downhill after its delay to make way for the GoPro Karma Drone.

Ecumenical News reports that GoPro stock prices has slowed down since 2015. The company is hoping that the GoPro Hero 5 will be their saving grace.
Although the GoPro Hero 5 remained a mystery, it is already dubbed as the "most connected and convenient" action camera.
GoPro Hero 5 slated for release this year?
The GoPro Hero 5 makes a deja vu release this year, as Christian Times suggests that the action camera will come out in October. The latest action camera is now rumored to come out on October 2016, just like reports suggested last year that it would come out on October 2015.
Obviously, October 2015 has already come and gone, but there is still no GoPro Hero 5 in sight. After the October 2015 GoPro Hero 5 release date news, Master Herald cited that there are reports claiming that the GoPro Hero 5 will launch this March 2016.
But just like what happened to the previous GoPro Hero 5 release date rumor, nothing was released on March 2016 and we are still waiting for the highly-anticipated action camera until now.
Will the GoPro Hero 5 be the best action camera?
GoPro is definitely trying to make sure that they will provide fans the best action camera out there and it seems as though they won't risk releasing a device that could potentially fail.
"One of the biggest upgrades will be its ability to record up to 8K resolution at 30 fps, and it will also record in 4K at 60fps and 1080p at 240fps," WAC magazine reported. "The camera will be equipped with a more advanced processor and will have an A10 chip."
