Ada Wong Returns in Unlockable Campaign for Resident Evil 6

Japanese gaming magazine, Famitsu, has revealed that Resident Evil's own lady in red will return in a fourth unlockable campaign mode, as well as a new "Agent Hunt" mode.

The fourth campaign, which will feature Ada Wong as a playable character, will be unlocked once the three main campaigns of the game have been cleared. In an interview with Famitsu, executive producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi shared a few details about Ada's campaign:

"Ada's story will clear up the mysteries from the other scenarios. Her scenario is played solo, without a partner character. When playing as Leon and the other main characters, you may end up encountering other players who are controlling Ada." For a quick preview, check out the video below.

And the "Agent Hunt" mode? It's pretty self-explanatory. Players will be able to take control of the AI-controlled creatures and enter other players' games via online play, the main goal of which is to defeat the player-controlled agents. Not unlike the multiplayer mode for Dead Space 2.

Players will be warned when a human-controlled enemy enters the game, but will not be told which creature is being controlled. When multiple players invade the same game, they can also use voice chat to strategize with each other.

If you're not interested, don't worry. The "Agent Hunt" mode can be turned off at any time if you don't wont other players invading your game. See below for another preview.

Resident Evil 6 is out for PS3 and Xbox 360 October 2. Über fans should be sure to check out the Anthology edition.
