When a remake for the sci-fi blockbuster "Total Recall" was announced, a certain demographic of fans had one question on their minds. Not "would Arnold Schwarzenegger be in it?" not "does Quaid still go to Mars?" It was a third question that lingered in their minds, information they really wanted to be kept abreast of, one titillating aspect that director Len Wiseman acknowledges will be present.
"The three-breasted woman! Honestly, you can't have a Total Recall that doesn't have them. There are too many fans out there [that want that], me included." To further titillate fans, Wiseman added that he deliberately shot several versions of the three-breasted woman. The film will be released in cinemas as PG13, but the director hopes to ensure that whatever censors remove ends up on the DVD version.
Yep, the infamous three breasted woman will be returning, this time played by Kaitlyn Leeb, AKA Kaitlyn Wong, who you may or may not know from the new "Degrassi" or "Blue Mountain State TV" series.
"It's hard to avoid a third mammary gland," Farrell said to Vulture, something Sony acknowledges when they brought in Leeb, complete with the famed prosthetic endowments at their Total Recall booth at this year's Comic-con.
It's all in good fun, right?
Starring Colin Farrel, Jessica Biel, Kate Becknsale, and Bryan Cranston, "Total Recall" opens August 3.
