Game developer giant, Square Enix, announced the release of Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness' Ultimate Box at the Star Ocean 5 during the Tokyo Game Show. The Ultimate Box is, for now, a Japan audience only and is expected to be released in other regions, but confirmation has yet to be made if it will be distributed outside the country. Nonetheless, the Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness Ultimate Box can be preordered at Square Enix e-Stores at around $210 USD (25, 000 Yen).
Based on NicheGamer's report, the Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness Ultimate Box will include a physical copy of the game, original box and box sleeve, a 120 mm tall Miki special figure, an 80 pages The Art of Star Ocean art booklet (including artwork, illustrations, and CG), 5 disk special game original soundtrack, 8 special postcards that showcases various Star Ocean 5 illustrations and CGs, An actual license Pangalactic Federation ID Card with a unique serial number that can be used within the Pangalactic Federation, and an original DLC Download Code which will make the game's background and music to change.
The game is the fifth portion in the main series and is being created by Tri-Ace, the studio that initially released Star Ocean in 1996 on the Super Nintendo. The craftsman known as Akiman is the game's primary character originator, and this most recent title happens between Star Ocean 2 and Star Ocean 3, Kotaku reported.
In addition, the report also said that the game will rock real-time battle which is dependent on the distance to the target. The game also features different attacks and skills for close and distant battles. There were screenshots as well that roamed the internet and based from the said screen captures, the game is around 30 percent done. The Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness is set to be released in the North American Region and Europe sometime in 2016.
