'Twisted Metal' And 'Go Home' Emerged As Winners In Sony's Vote For Play, Will Headline September PlayStation Games

After PlayStation's Vote to Play event, 'Grow Home' was victorious. Out of the vast selection of games for the console game giant, the Ubisoft adventure game toppled the other games to headline the Sony PlayStation 4 showcase this coming November.

Next on the list of winners are PS4 and PS Vita's 'Super Time Force Ultra' followed by PS3's 'Twisted Metal' and PS4 and PS3's Teslagard on third.

Completing the list of winners was 'La-Mulan EX' for PS Vita and 'Xeodrifter' playable in PS4 and PS Vita.

On an official statement from Sony, by September, the games 'Grow Home', 'Super Time Force Ultra', 'Xeodrifter', and 'Teslagard' will be available for the Sony PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. 'La-Mulan EX' will also be available for the handheld PS Vita.

The iconic PS3 game 'Twisted Metal' will be available for free.

All of these will be available through Sony's PlayStation Plus the company's own platform where members can download games as well as get freebies and huge discounts.

The headliners for September will be available on the 1st, as confirmed by the consumer electronics giant.

'Grow Home' is an adventure game played on a third person perspective which was originally released for the Windows platform in February this year.

The players will control a robot named B.U.D. whose goal is to climb a giant beanstalk to harvest its seeds.

World-renowned developer Ubisoft was responsible for the game. Grow Home was originally a developmental project released internally for the staff to play while inside the office.

After the game received excellent reviews from their staff, Ubisoft finally decided to release it commercially and never looked back ever since.

Twisted Metal, on the other hand, was first released in 1995 and has captured the scene ever since.

The game involves modified cars and bizarre characters who try to outshine (or kill) each other using their vehicle's customized weapons.

Twisted Metal captured the hearts of the public because, at that time, it was the only game who offered a twisted plot and gameplay (literary and figuratively).

Come September 1st, 'Go Home' and 'Twisted Metal' can be downloaded at no cost.
