Ubisoft is ready to reveal the next Assassin's Creed title in an online premiere event.
The event is set for 9 a.m. Pacific (12 p.m. Eastern), and will show what we expect to be called Assassin's Creed Syndicate. The teaser site depicts some brass knuckles, with a few phrases carved into the wooden surface underneath--one of which is God Save The Queen. That site will host the reveal when it goes live very soon, and it will be embedded below.
Kotaku recently broke news that the rumored name, Assassin's Creed Victory, had been changed to Assassin's Creed Syndicate, and combined with some leaked video footage, this is almost certainly the game and setting Ubisoft will reveal. Kotaku followed up with another report revealing details about playable characters that further confirms the setting--head over to see those rumors.
I'd be surprised if the reveal includes live gameplay--a cinematic trailer is much more likely. At best we can hope for some pre-recorded gameplay clips spliced into the trailer, but given that this game has yet to be officially revealed (despite how much we seem to know about it already), Ubisoft will probably roll out its unveiling slowly. Get ready to tune in!
