Shadowrun Chronicles: Boston Lockdown has broken out of Steam's Early Access, launching its full version with a brand new trailer.

Bearing no immediate link to the excellent Shadowrun Returns, Boston Lockdown is regardless another game in the Shadowrun franchise. This time it comes to us from Cliffhanger Productions, who created a co-op action strategy game with the the license.It began as a successful Kickstarter project that was supported by over 6,000 backers, gamers who have already been playing it during its Early access phase.
The full game allows you to play as a combat unit of one of the megacorporations that currently rule the planet, doing their dirty work without any second thoughts. The campaign mode can be played solo or co-op, and allows you to create your own (level-free) character and assemble your own team of Runners.

There's a vast amount of character types that you can choose from and equipment and clothing that you can throw at them, provided they look appropriately cyberpunky, of course. The enemies are equally varied, as the game boasts 50 different unit types.
