A new (and familiar) challenger approaches! Fans of card battler Star Wars: Force Collection can take a little break from exterminating the Rebel scum, or evil Empire and take a load off in an all new "hair"-raising mini-game.
It's A Mad, Mad, Mad Max World In These Screenshots Of The Upcoming Game
Inspired by Contra, the new mini-game stars the one and only Chewbacca as he shoots and jumps his way across four levels inspired by locations throughout the original trilogy, from inside an Imperial facility to the forest moon of Endor. It's simple, it's goofy, but so was Contra back in the day.
"The update also includes additional cards and a new Boss Event to further expand the Star Wars: Force Collection player experience. Droids C3-P0 and R2D2 join the over 400 cards to the game from all across the Star Wars universe, from Jedi, Sith, bounty hunters, those weird guys from Mos Eisley and more. If it's from episodes I through VI, chances are it will end up in Force Collection at some point.

You may need every one of those cards, as the latest update adds a new boss battle: a Super Star Destroyer.
Force Collection is F2P, but does feature a wealth of in-app purchases and time locks. Something no Jedi would rightly approve of, but would probably understand given the current economic climate. Players can download Force Collection for both iOS and Android today.
