Spider-Man Sighted in London

PRESS RELEASE

To celebrate the launch of The Amazing Spider-Man video game; Spider-Man has arrived in London and has been seen web-slinging his way around town.

Spidey was spotted taking in the busy tourist sites early this morning, including Big Ben and St Pauls, mingling with commuters on Westminster Bridge and making calls from a London phone box.

Spider-Man also took the time to drop into GAME on Oxford Street to pick up a copy of the new video game created in his honour, ahead of taking up secret hiding positions dotted around London tomorrow, as he becomes the target of a city-wide treasure hunt.

Swapping New York City's skyscrapers for a number of, as yet, undisclosed central London locations, the iconic red and blue superhero will be giving fans who find him the chance to win the ultimate Spidey inspired prizes.

Along with retail partner, GAME, Activision will be giving away a trip to Spider-Man's home town of New York as well as copies of The Amazing Spider-Man video game and a host of other prizes.

Keen Spider-Man fans should make sure they are keeping their spidey-sense on full alert and their eyes peeled to www.facebook.com/GAMEstore and @Acti_insider on twitter for clues of his movements during Saturday June 30th. Fans can also use the hashtag #findingspidey to see how the treasure-hunt is going and GAME.co.uk will also be posting news on Spider-Man's whereabouts.
