During yesterday's Nintendo Direct it was revealed that the popular StreetPass Mii Plaza would be getting two new games to play, along with a paid service called StreetPass Mii Plaza Premium.
Fans of the Nintendo 3DS likelly know that the Mii Plaza currently offers two free games - Puzzle Swap and Find Mii- on top of four more that really fill up the experience- Mii Force, Flower Town, Warrior's Way and Monster Manor. Those premium titles really offer a ton of variety and have made many people StreetPass junkies- it's remarkably fun to "collect" people you pass on the street and utilize them in this little collection of games.
Starting on April 16, there will be two more games added to the list:
Ultimate Angler
Yes it's a fishing game, one where you try to catch fish using bait given to you from characters met in StreetPass. 150 fish can be yours to find, including some legendary monsters of the deep.
Battleground Z
Nintendo's first zombie game? StreetPass characters will give you items which are then used to beat down zombies in a town that's overrun. There are 26 different weapons to collect, from the useful to the absurd.
These two new titles will cost $4.99 each, or you can pick up both for $7.99.
Along with the games Nintendo has also announced StreetPass Mii Plaza Premium, a paid service that expands various features in the game, letting you give Miis birthdays and setting up a calendar, storing up to 100 of your friend's Miis (or your custom creations) in a VIP room. It will also offer new ways for you to customize your greetings to make yourself stand out from the Mii crowd, should you care that much.
StreetPass Mii Plaza Premium will cost $4.99 and release on April 16 as well.
