First, a little pat on the back. One of the characters on the recent packaging is, in fact, Zatarka, a new legendary creature coming out in a few weeks in Dragons of Tarkir, the third and final set of the Khans of Tarkir block.
Also, the Modern Masters event was announced. Taking place from May 29 through 31 across three sites - Las Vegas, Utrecht, Netherlands; and Chiba, Japan, the tournament will the "world's largest face to face" gaming event, and will feature 24 hour round the clock coverage across all three cities.

Additionally, for the Modern Masters, Wizards is reintroducing several older cards, such as Tarmogoyf and Karn Liberated.
One of the biggest moments of applause was the slow, tantalizing reveal of Sarkhan Unbroken, a new tri-colored Planeswalker that will work really, really, really well with a dragon heavy deck.
Announced recently, Magic Duels: Origins will be launching alongside the analog version of the game in July. The F2P game promises that every card will be "100% earnable". You can "play for hours and not pay a cent." The game will feature thousands of AI decks, more than enough to keep you occupied for a long, long time.
The devs also showed off the return of a much beloved mechanic from the Innistrad block: double-faced cards. All five of the Planeswalkers - who will have their stories told in the new set - will be getting the flip-side treatment.
They showed off the new Liliana card, whose Planeswalker form will guarantee that "the dead will never rest."
And her flip side...
Exciting times ahead.
