The Halo 2 Anniversary league is sponsored by The Master Chief Collection's developers, 343, and operated by EGL. This tournament, held in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is hosted by the Gamers For Giving charity. The matches will be starting soon, and you can watch via the live stream from Twitch below. The tournament will continue through the day and finish tomorrow with the final rounds.
Denial took home the previous LAN event in St. Louis and has come away with subsequent online cup wins since. They've climbed up to the second seed, moving past Evil Geniuses, and have their sights set on CLG. The current number one seed was somewhat out of practice leading into St. Louis, and will be looking to rebound with a tournament win and hold onto their seed. You can watch an official recap video on the season so far here, which looks at past events and speaks to some of the league's top players.
