The award winning dystopian mobile title République is busting out of its limited cofines and heading to PC and Mac later this month.

Players can download the Orwellian adventure on February 26 via Steam, GOG and Humble. République Remastered contains the first three episodes - Episode 1: Exordium, Episode 2: Metamorphosis, and Episode 3: Ones and Zeroes - in both standard and deluxe editions. You can order the special edition of the game and gain access to the upcoming fourth and fifth episodes to complete the experience.
In the not too distant future, you receive a call from a mysterious young woman named Hope. She has been captured and she needs your help to escape from her prison. You command a series of security cameras and locks, guiding Hope to safety through the complex.

The game was developed over five years from gaming veterans across the industry who have worked on a wide range of titles like Metal Gear Solid, S.O.C.O.M, Halo 4 and. The game was completely rebuilt for PC and Mac using the Unity 5 engine.
David Hayter (Solid Snake himself), the ubiquitous Jennifer Hale, Dwight Shultz, Khary Payton, and Rena Strober lend their esteemed voices and weave us a tale of government surveillance in the internet age. What with all the hacks and leaks and reports that have been hitting the news as of late, there is no more timely game than République.
"Ever since we committed to doing a desktop version of République, we've been haunted by the task for delivering something truly special for PC players," says Ryan Payton, designer at Camouflaj. "When we got a glimpse at the next iteration of Unity we realized that this was the answer - beyond redesigning the game's controls and UI for desktop, we've completely gutted all the game's art, rebuilding everything using Unity 5's cutting-edge graphical features. The result is something you have to see to believe."
